There’s really no such thing as “Healthy” coffee creamer, haha!
BUT I wanted to share some homemade options that you simply store in your mason jar, and give you the ability to ditch the toxic additives in store-bought creamers.

Here is a base recipe you can use to create a variety of flavors and the go-to I use when I want a sweet treat (I usually drink my coffee black)

🥛 Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk:
2 Cups Milk Of Choice (We prefer organic almond, coconut, or raw)
1 Cup of Organic Raisins
In a glass jar with lid, combine your milk and raisins and place in the fridge overnight (or a minimum of 4-5 hours). This will naturally sweeten and thicken your milk. Strain out your raisins and save for topping you oatmeal, or throwing into a smoothie.
🥛 Homemade Coffee Creamer:
1 1/2 Cup of homemade condensed milk
1 Cup organic milk of choice
1 Tablespoon organic maple syrup
1 Tsp arrowroot starch
1 Tablespoon organic vanilla extract
In a saucepan, combine everything BUT the vanilla extract and heat for a few minutes until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
For “French Vanilla” Creamer:
Add in an extra tablespoon of organic vanilla
For “Peppermint Mocha” Creamer:
Add in 1 1/2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder +
1/8th teaspoon of organic espresso powder +
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
For Hazelnut Creamer
Add in 1 tsp hazelnut extract
For Amaretto Creamer
Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract +
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract +
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
