You seeโฆ in my happy bubble of likeminded holistic health professionals and enthusiastsโฆ we all just GET each other. We talk the same talk, we walk the same walk, we inspire each other, we learn from each otherโฆ I love my circle so dang much!
But I sometimes forget that the concept of living toxin-free is completely foreign to the vast majority of the world. A few recent conversations re-opened my eyes to thisโฆ too many young woman have come to me with a myriad of health concerns exclaiming โI canโt imagine living the rest of my life like thisโฆโ

The reality is that we are seeing a consistent rise in autoimmune diseases, chronic illness, neurological disorders, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and the list goes on and on and on. The USA is consistently ranked as one of THE sickest industrialized countries in the world, yet we spend the most money on healthcare.

How can this be?
The healthcare we are familiar with is not at all HEALTH care. ๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐. We have it so backwards hereโฆ But thatโs an entire series for another timeโฆ
โฑ Listen up, folksโฆwe do not get healthier by following the status quo.
โฑ Everything you do is either fighting disease, or creating the environment for disease to manifest.
โฑ Your life and your health are truly designed by the choices you make.

๐ฟ Itโs ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ responsibility to maintain it.
๐ฟ You ๐๐๐ง change your lifestyle patterns.

๐ฟ Baby steps ๐๐จ add up.
๐ฟ It doesnโt ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ to be overwhelming.
๐ฟ Itโs ๐ง๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ too late to start making changes.
๐ฟ It is your birthright to live ๐๐๐๐.
