𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡.
You see… in my happy bubble of likeminded holistic health professionals and enthusiasts… we all just GET each other. We talk the same talk, we walk the same walk, we inspire each other, we learn from each other… I love my circle so dang much!
But I sometimes forget that the concept of living toxin-free is completely foreign to the vast majority of the world. A few recent conversations re-opened my eyes to this… too many young woman have come to me with a myriad of health concerns exclaiming “I can’t imagine living the rest of my life like this…”
The reality is that we are seeing a consistent rise in autoimmune diseases, chronic illness, neurological disorders, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and the list goes on and on and on. The USA is consistently ranked as one of THE sickest industrialized countries in the world, yet we spend the most money on healthcare.
How can this be?
The healthcare we are familiar with is not at all HEALTH care. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞. We have it so backwards here… But that’s an entire series for another time…
✱ Listen up, folks…we do not get healthier by following the status quo.
✱ Everything you do is either fighting disease, or creating the environment for disease to manifest.
