What you’ll find in the check out line of most major retailers is going to be a chemical concoction that holds direct links to a slew of nasty side effects…
 
  • Sucralose

    An artificial sweetener made my adding chlorine to sugar that is linked to digestion and gut issues, headaches, allergies, and so much more. https://draxe.com/nutrition/sucralose/

  • Aspartame

    The first, worst for your health, and most widely used artificial sweetener.   • Artificial dye

  • Propylene glycol

    It’s blacklisted from being applied to my skin… so of course it’s not going in my mouth. This is a main component in antifreeze, used to de-ice airplanes, and has no business being ingested.

  • Polysorbate

    Used as an emulsifier and de-foamer… but the material safety data sheet says: Slightly flammable to flammable in presence of heat. Slightly hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant), of eye contact (irritant), of ingestion, of inhalation. May cause adverse reproductive effects based on animal test data. May cause cancer based on animal test data. No human data found. May affect genetic material (mutagenic). Wooooft… thats gonna be a no for me.

  • High fructose corn syrup

    HFCS is made up of cornstarch and 3 different kinds of bacteria.
